Specially commissioned slip-cast porcelain cup, produced in 2023 as part of a hand-finished edition of 24 vessels, named after agricultural inspector JJ Silke who developed the seed potato industry in Donegal. Silke’s Potato Cup is packaged and presented alongside a certificate of authenticity, signed by the artist.
Materials: coloured parian porcelain, hand-dipped clear glaze

Salaman, author of ‘The Influence of the Potato in the Course of Irish History’ presented as a lecture at UCD in 1943. Salaman’s Potato Cup is packaged and presented alongside a certificate of authenticity, signed by the artist.
