SARAH BROWNE
by Sarah Browne
This edition of twelve objects originate from Sarah Browne’s 2025 exhibition Tógaimid ár dteanga le carraigeacha [we build our language with rocks]. Visitors to Kunstverein were invited to handle these and other things made by Browne, ‘left over’ from or forecasting future projects. In the exhibition, optic yellowstones were used as paperweights to secure printed books by CAConrad, Eduoard Glissant, Denise Riley and others.
Optic yellowstones are objects used to remind you to trust what you feel more than what you see. They have many possible uses, whether held in the hand or integrated into games or rituals you invent with them.
Optic yellowstones are packaged and presented individually, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity handwritten by the artist.
Edition of 12, each unique
