THE CLEARING
The Clearing
Kunstverein Aughrim
12 June – 5 September 2026
The Clearing is where you bring your horse for a drink of water, where you pause to gather your thoughts, making room to encounter yourself and others, before considering the tools and companions that might accompany you on the journey ahead. It’s also the title of a major new public project by Dublin-based curator and producer Vaari Claffey. It unfolds across an exhibition at Kunstverein Aughrim, a day of performance and sculpture as part of Craic in the Granite Music & Arts Festival, and a screening programme at The Courthouse Arts Centre, Tinahely.
